Each month we feature a different fine chocolate truffle. Sometimes we create exceptionally unique products that aren't available anywhere except to our members. Our customers will enjoy the richest dark chocolate, creamy white chocolate and milk chocolate truffles with delicious flavored ganache centers with all natural ingredients. We always use premium ingredients in our chocolate truffles. Fine liqueurs and the highest quality of European chocolates make our truffle flavors stand out and the creativity behind the chocolate making combine to make the unique flavors and ingredients an experience. |

The Fat Turkey Chocolate Company of Austin Texas produces fine hand made chocolate truffles, gourmet chocolate gifts, chocolate covered marinated cherries, chocolate sauces, chocolate caramel corn, caramels, chocolate barks, and other unique products. We use only the finest liqueurs, spices, and fine European chocolates. Most of our products contain no added sugar or preservatives and many are made with local whole food ingredients and organic products.

We are very proud to announce the arrival of our new Dulce de Leche Chocolate Collection. The Dulce de Leche Collection is our new line of naturally flavored chocolate caramels. The new product line evolved from our very popular Lavender Caramel with Hawaiian Sea Salt Chocolate. We wanted to offer a caramel collection with unique powerful flavors that can be enjoyed by chocolate lovers of all ages. The Dulce de Leche Collection contains no alcohol, artificial flavors or preservatives. Each chocolate is hand made in small batches using only the highest quality blended European and South American chocolates, natural flavors, and premium herbs and spices.

 Fat Turkey offers a chocolate of the month gift club which is available for
3, 6, or 12 months. Each month you or your recipient will receive a box
of either 4 or 12 chocolate truffles. Some of the chocolates are new and
may not be available in our stores or on our website. Our chocolate of
the month is a great monthly gift for any chocolate lover. Each chocolate of
the month gift includes a gift card with your message, and a hand
selection of gourmet chocolate truffles delivered to your family member,
friend, or lovers door each month.
About Chocolate of the Month
Our chocolate of the month features a different chocolate truffle each
month. The chocolate of the month recipient will receive some of our
classic truffles, some new flavors, and they will contain a mixture of
dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate, and organic chocolate
truffles. If you would like to choose particular flavors for your
chocolate of the month order, please use the notes field on the
checkout confirmation page or contact us after you have placed your
order and we will try to accommodate your request.
 Is a Gift Card Included in your Chocolate of the Month Club?
Each chocolate of the month order receives a gift card. If you would like
to leave a short message on the card please leave your message in the
notes field on the checkout confirmation page when you are checking out.
Is Shipping Included with your Chocolate of the Month?
The shipping expense is configured by the shopping cart when you are
checking out and added to your order after you provide the shipping
address. There are no additional shipping or handling charges.
